POPCORN CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 pkg. mini marshmallows
12 c. popped popcorn (1 1/2 bags microwave popcorn)
1 lb. bag plain M&M'S® (plain)
1/2 lb. bag peanut M&M'S®
1/2 lb. peanuts
Raisins (optional)

Melt butter and marshmallows together. Combine all other ingredients. Pour marshmallow mixture over this; mix well. Pour mixture into a Bundt pan (greased) and pat down real good. Refrigerate for 1-1 1/2 hours.

NOTE: Use "holiday" M&M'S® to suit the occasion.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
