NEIMAN MARCUS COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. plain flour
2 1/2 c. blended oats
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
12 oz. chocolate chips
9 oz. white chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Measure and blend 2 1/2 cups oats until fine powder.

Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Then add oats. Mix flour, salt, baking powder and soda. Add chips and nuts.

Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 6 minutes at 375 degrees.

After 4 minutes, flatten with spatula and bake 2 minutes longer.
