NEIMAN MARCUS COOKIES 
2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
5 c. blended oatmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
24 oz. chocolate chips
3 c. chopped pecans
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (8 oz.) grated or chopped Hershey bar

Measure oats, then blend in blender to a fine powder.

Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add chips, candy and nuts. Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 6 minutes at 375 degrees. Half the recipe unless you are making cookies for an army. This recipe makes a lot of cookies.
