CHICKEN--BROCCOLI MEAL 
2 1/2 lbs. chicken, boned
2/3 c. uncooked rice
1 (20 oz.) frozen broccoli
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. milk

Use 13 x 8 inch pan. Cover bottom with raw rice. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Combine mushroom soup and milk. Pour half of soup mixture over rice. Sprinkle rice with half of dried onion soup mix. Distribute chicken evenly over above, alternating with broccoli. pour remaining mushroom and onion soup mixtures over this. Top with grated cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serves 8. (580 calories).
