MEXICAN CHILI 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped

Brown meat with onion and celery. Add: 1-2 tbsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. pepper

And either 1 large can tomato juice or 2 cans tomato soup. Cook 30 minutes on low on top of stove then add 1 can kidney beans and 1 can stewed tomatoes. If you like hot chili, add 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
