CHICKEN AND SHRIMP WITH ALMONDS 
1 pkg. uncooked UNCLE BEN'S® long grain rice

Cook according to directions. 1/3 c. chopped onions 1/3 c. flour 1 tbsp. salt 1 c. half and half 1 c. chicken broth 1/3 c. pimento, chopped 1 lb. shrimp, raw (can use 6-8 deboned chicken breasts, browned) Sliced almonds

Saute onions in butter. Add flour and salt, broth, pimento, raw shrimp to cooked rice. Cover and let stand (cover rice with almonds). Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
