GIRL SCOUT ICE CREAM 
4 eggs, well beaten
2 1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 1/2 qt. milk (or 1 1/2 c. powdered milk & 6 c. water)

Mix all ingredients and pour into ice cream freezer container. Fill freezer with ice and salt according to freezer directions. Crank or process until hard to turn. If you want a firmer ice cream, place in home freezer. Makes 4 quarts.
