1 Betty Crocker Super Moist cake mix
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. melted butter or 1 c. butter flavor Crisco, melted
3 eggs
1 can apple sauce or 1 can pineapple sauce (Dole)
2 tsp. vanilla, butter and nut flavorings or 2 tsp.almond flavoring
Sprinkled in cinnamon sugar to taste

You may want to use 1 cup butter instead of 1/2 cup depending on thickness of mixture.

Mix cake mix according to directions on box. Fold in apple or pineapple sauce, flavoring and cinnamon sugar after the cake mix has been mixed up and soft. Pour mixture into a large square baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 375 degrees (slow) for at least 30-35 minutes until brown on top. Cake will rise then fall when cooled; let cake cool in oven with oven door open. This cake is very rich so serve in small squares.
