KRISPIE OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. quick oats
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Cream shortening, add sugars gradually and cream. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time, beating after each. Add flour and dry ingredients. Add oats and Rice Krispies. Mold with hands into balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
