3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cream

Sift first five ingredients together and set aside; blend sugar, oil and eggs for six minutes; to this mixture, add four chopped Delicious apples and 1 cup chopped walnuts; work in the flour mixture and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour in greased angel pan and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees; remove from oven and let stand 20 minutes and remove from pan; blend frosting and ice while warm.
