1/3 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten until lemon colored
1 c. milk
2 tsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
12 oz. chocolate chips
Peanut butter

Grease a cookie sheet. Mix all ingredients and pour onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 - 20 minutes. Spread with peanut butter and refrigerate. When cool, melt 12 ounce chocolate chips and spread on top. Cut into serving sizes before chocolate cools completely.
