YUMMY TURKEY HOTDISH 
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
1 (5 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
3 oz. cashews or almonds, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
5 c. cut up turkey
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk

Put a layer of the chow mein noodles in a 9"x13" pan. Cook celery in a little water until tender; then mix with the rest of the ingredients. Pour over the noodles and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Top with remaining noodles during the last 15 minutes.
