STRAWBERRY CHEESE CAKE 
Graham cracker crust (9 inch)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. real lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 (16 oz.) pkg. strawberry glaze (or you can make your own - recipe follows)

In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk. Beat until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour in crust and chill.

HOMEMADE GLAZE:

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. strawberry Jello

Mix sugar, water and cornstarch together. Boil until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in Jello. Top pie with strawberries and glaze.
