1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten after each egg
11 oz. can mandarin oranges with juice (blend in blender)
1 c. nuts

Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Bake in a 9x13 inch or 2 layer cake pans. Be sure cake is completely cool before frosting.

FROSTING:

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice

Fold together; do not use mixer. Keep refrigerated.
