5 MINUTE FUDGE 
2 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. Carnation milk
1 2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. (9 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine butter, milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Stir constantly and bring to boil over medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes after mixture begins to bubble around edges of pan (continue to stir constantly). After 5 minutes remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, chocolate bits, nuts and vanilla. Beat for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted and well blended. Pour into buttered 8" square pan. Cool and cut into squares. Makes 2 pounds.
