FUDGE COOKIES 
Cookies:

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 cup sweet milk
1 cup flour
1 cup nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla

Bake in a 15 1/2 X 11 inch pan that is greased and floured at 325°F for 25 minutes.

Icing:

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cream or 1/2 cup milk with 1/4 of a stick of butter
3/4 square semi-sweet chocolate

Melt 3/4 square chocolate, add 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup cream or 1/2 cup milk with 1/4 of a stick of butter. Boil to soft ball stage. Beat and spread.
