2 lb. hamburger meat
4 tbsp. dehydrated onions
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. cracker crumbs (or bread crumbs)
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together and put 3/4 of it in pan. Spread 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese or Mozzarella cheese (or a mixture of the two cheese) on top of the meat. Then put rest of meat on top to cover cheese.

SAUCE:

4 tbsp. brown sugar
6 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or use liquid smoke
1/2 c. catsup

Mix ingredients and pour sauce over meat loaf. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
