HAM AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
12 slices bread, buttered both sides 2 c. diced ham 2 boxes cooked frozen broccoli spears 2 cans mushroom bits 4 eggs 3 c. milk 1 c. grated cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream mushroom soup Place 1 layer of bread on bottom of a 9x13 pan. Layer with ham, then broccoli, then mushrooms. Add another layer of bread on top. Beat eggs; add milk. Pour over, then sprinkle with cheese. Let stand eight hours in fridge. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Heat soups and add a dollop over top of each serving. |
