POT CHOPS 
2 pork chops
2/3 c. instant rice
1 can stewed tomatoes with celery, onion & pepper

Brown chops in butter until almost done. Push chops to one side of pan. Add tomatoes. Mix in rice and stir to moisten. Season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer very low heat for 5 minutes. Uncover and simmer briefly to partially dry out tomato rice mixture.
