3 tsp. butter
1 pkg. Hydrox cookies
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 lg. can Carnation milk
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice

Chill milk, bowl and beaters until nearly freezing. Melt butter and mix with crushed Hydrox cookies. Place 2/3 of mixture in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix Jello with boiling water. Cool until almost set. Beat chilled milk until thick, add sugar and lemon juice. Beat in Jello. Pour over crumb mixture and sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Chill overnight.
