HAMBURGER CROUTON CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. diced carrots
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 sm. diced onion
1 sm. pkg. seasoned croutons (1 1/2 to 2 c.) 2 c. plain croutons
2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 1/4 c. hot water with 4 tbsp. butter

Pour bouillon cube mix over croutons brown meat. Add vegetables to meat. Simmer 20 minutes. Place mix in 13 x 9 baking pan. Pour 1 can cream of celery soup over meat mix. Place crouton mix over this. Mix 2 cans cream of chicken soup with 1 cup water Mix well and pour over entire mix. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
