SHRIMP BALL 
2 cans sm. shrimp, rinsed and drained
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Parsley flakes
2 tbsp. horseradish

Mix shrimp, lemon juice, horseradish, cream cheese, and onion. Roll in pecans and then in parsley. Chill.
