OVERNIGHT SLAW 
1 head of cabbage (shredded) BY HAND, not by blender or processor, it makes too much liquid
1 med. onion
1 tsp. celery seed

HEAT TO BOILING:

1/4 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar (to taste)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Pour hot mixture of vegetables and stir. Refrigerate mix, stir again and refrigerate for 24 hours. Serve. Keep in refrigerator for 3 weeks in tightly enclosed container.
