MILLION DOLLAR PIE 
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 lg. containers Cool Whip
2 sm. boxes instant chocolate pudding
1 Hershey bar

1st Layer: Mix flour and pecans with butter. Pat into bottom of 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

2nd Layer: Mix cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and 1 container of Cool Whip together. Place on cooled crust.

3rd Layer: Mix pudding using the directions on the pudding box. Pour pudding on top of 2nd layer. Cover with Cool Whip and grate the Hershey bar on top. Enjoy!
