CHICKEN VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 (3 lb.) broiler fryer
6 c. water
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen okra
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby limas
2 (14 1/2 oz.) canned chopped tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables

Combine first 6 ingredients, cover and cook until tender. Remove chicken and vegetables, let cool separately-discard skin and bones. When broth has cooled, discard fat. Combine broth, vegetables cooked with chicken, okra, limas and mixed vegetables. Cook 30 minutes add tomatoes and cook 15 minutes more.
