CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. nuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. cold milk
Grated Hershey bar

1. Mix together butter, flour and nuts. Pat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

2. Mix 8 ounce cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over cold crust.

3. Mix package vanilla instant pudding and package chocolate instant pudding with cold milk. Beat until thick and creamy. Spread over cheese layer.

4. Spread the rest of the large Cool Whip over pudding layer.

5. Sprinkle grated Hershey bar over top, then top with nuts.
