SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
4 c. soft bread cubes
3 eggs, beaten well
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Stir in pineapple, milk, bread cubes, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix well. Place in casserole dish and bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Great as a side dish with ham or as a dessert.
