WAFFLES 
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 3/4 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 egg whites

In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and salt. In a small mixing bowl, beat egg yolks with a fork. Beat in milk and oil. Add to flour mixture and stir until well blended.

In a small mixing bowl, beat egg whites and pour into flour mixture. Do not over mix. Pour batter onto greased waffle baker, close lid and cook until done. Serve hot with butter and syrup.
