SOUR CREAM QUICK COCONUT CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines, white (or yellow cake mix)

Prepare as you normally would for a 3 layer cake. Bake and cool layers.

FROSTING: Combine 2 cups sour cream, 1 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cup coconut together, blending well. Spread between cooled layers and on top. Refrigerate in covered container.
