IRISH SODA BREAD 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. caraway seeds
1 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. buttermilk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together dry ingredients into bowl. Stir in caraway seeds and raisins. Add oil and buttermilk. Stir to make soft dough. Turn out onto floured board and knead lightly. Place in greased round pan and cut an "X" in top of loaf with scissors. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
