JELLO SALAD 
2 boxes Jell-O (any flavor)
1 large (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
2 c. buttermilk
8 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. pecans

Boil pineapple juice 2 minutes. Add a little sugar. Add buttermilk and cool. Add remaining ingredients. Cut in squares or mold.
