1 c. sweet butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. light sour cream
5 c. all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg yolks, then vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder and sour cream. Gradually add salt and flour; blend very well. Roll dough on lightly floured surface to 1/8 inches thick. Cut to your favorite animal shapes. Place 1 inch apart on cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes and cool.
