Spread 16 Twinkies in a 9"x13" pan. Fix 2 boxes lemon Jello as directions on box says and pour over Twinkies. Put in refrigerator to set.

Take 2 boxes of instant lemon pudding and stir into a large container of Cool Whip dry and blend in well. Spread over Jello and Twinkies. Sprinkle with nuts.
