FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 c. sugar
4 1/2 tbsp. flour
5 tbsp. strawberry Jello
1 c. water
1 pt. fresh strawberries
1 deep dish Pet Ritz pie shell
1 sm. container Cool Whip

Combine first four ingredients and cook in a large saucepan on medium high until mixture forms a soft ball if dropped into cold water. Let cool to room temperature. Wash and slice berries in half, place into cooked pie shell. Pour filling over berries and chill for an hour and a half. Top with Cool Whip.
