FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
Blend:

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar

Add:

1 med. can fruit cocktail (all)
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Pour batter into oblong pan and sprinkle following on top.

Mix:

1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar

Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

Mix:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. can milk
3/4 c. sugar

Cook 5 minutes. Add coconut and mix (1/2 - 3/4 cup coconut). Pour on top of cake and place under broiler until brown.
