STUFFED TOMATOES WITH SAUCE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2 med. sweet onions, chopped
1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
2 celery sticks, chopped fine
1 carrot, chopped fine
1 sm. clove garlic
Salt & pepper
Tomato pulp, 8 tomatoes (about 2 c.)
3/4 c. rice
1 tbsp. sugar

Brown meat and onions together on high heat; add parsley and remaining ingredients, including tomato pulp. Simmer 5 to 7 minutes. Add rice last and cook until rice just starts to swell. Add 1 tablespoon sugar. Stuff tomatoes, approximately 12.

SAUCE:

1 lg. can tomato sauce
4 tbsp. olive oil
Salt & pepper

Cook sauce 2 minutes and pour over stuffed tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
