C.'S STUFFING 
1/2 lb. bulk sausage
2 onions
2 apples
1 green pepper
1/2 stalk celery
2 sm. loaves bread (remove crust and let sit out to slightly get stale)

Grind onions, apples, green pepper and celery in food processor or grinder real fine. Cook vegetable mixture in fry pan in butter on low with lid 15 minutes.

Cook sausage low in water with lid 15 minutes; strain.

Dampen bread with sausage and a little water, squeeze good. Add vegetable mixture, salt, pepper, garlic salt and poultry seasoning to taste. Stuff into turkey.
