SALMONBURGERS 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. (each) chopped onion, green pepper, and fresh, whole wheat bread crumbs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
1/2 tsp. pepper

Drain salmon; flake. Combine ingredients. Mix well. Form into 4 or 5 patties. Pan fry.
