BUTTERY HORSERADISH CHICKEN 
2 1/2 - 3 lb. frying chicken, cut in 8 pieces

SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

Place chicken in 9"x13" baking pan; bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Meanwhile, in a 1 quart saucepan, melt butter. Stir in remaining sauce ingredients. Remove chicken from pan; pour out liquid. Place chicken from pan; pour sauce over chicken. Continue baking for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is fork tender. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
