OLD FASHIONED MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground round
1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
3/4 to 1 c. milk
2 tbsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg

Combine meat, onion flakes and salt and pepper. Add cornflakes and combine well. Add egg and milk. Stir well. Form into loaf and place in dish. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees.

May top with small amount of ketchup.
