POTATO RANCH CHOWDER | |
1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tbsp. butter 4 c. milk 3 c. coarsely chopped potato 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 (10.5 oz.) container spreadery cheese snack neufchatel cheese with classic ranch flavor Saute onions in butter in large saucepan. Add milk, potatoes and pepper. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 12-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Whisk in cheese snack, continue cooking until melted. Do Not Boil. Garnish with chives, if desired. |
