2/3 c. Pillsbury's Best All purpose or Unbleached flour 14 oz. pkg. (5 1/3 c.) coconut 1/4 tsp. salt 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated) 1 c. chopped dates 1 c. chopped walnuts Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In large bowl, combine flour, coconut and salt; mix well. Stir in milk. Fold in dates and walnuts. Drop by tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. 4 1/2 dozen cookies. |
