DELUXE HASH BROWNS 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 green pepper
Chopped onion to taste
1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
Salt, pepper, parsley flakes, and paprika

Put frozen potatoes, soups, onions, green peppers, sour cream, salt, pepper in large mixing bowl. Let stand until you can mix it. Place in slightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle parsley flakes and paprika on top. Bake, uncovered, in 300 degree oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
