2 sticks butter, softened
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
4 c. apples, peeled and sliced
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Cool Whip to garnish

Mix first 3 ingredients, press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon. Lay on top of crust mixture. Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven. Fix pudding as per direction. Pour over hot apples. Refrigerate. Serve with whip cream garnish.
