PEAR HONEY 
1 peck pears
1 pineapple
Sugar

Chop half of the unpeeled pears. Shred the rest. Chop the pineapple into small pieces. For every 2 cups of fruit, add 1 cup sugar. Simmer 1/2 hour until thick. Pour into jars and seal. You may add walnuts, if desired.
