MIEKA'S POUND CAKE | |
1 lb. butter (room temperature) 1 box 10x sugar 6 eggs, one at a time 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice Pinch of salt 3 c. Swans Down cake flour Cream butter with sugar, add eggs, flour, salt, and lemon juice. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a large bundt or Turk's head pan. Bake 50 minutes. Delicious and easy. |
