ECLAIR DESSERT 
1 lb. graham crackers
3 1/2 c. milk
2 sm. boxes vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip

TOPPING:

6 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. Karo
1 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. 10x sugar
3 tbsp. butter
Enough milk to make creamy

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Place crackers (whole) over bottom of pan, 1 layer. Beat pudding and milk 2 minutes; mix in Cool Whip and pour 1/2 mixture over crackers. Put another layer of crackers in and then add the rest of the pudding. Cover with rest of crackers. Refrigerate 2 hours. Add topping and chill 1 more hour.
