3 blocks baking chocolate
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar

Melt chocolate squares and butter over hot water. Sift confectioners' sugar and add 1/3 at a time to melted mixture. Add salt, vanilla, and 1-2 tablespoons milk. Beat well. Pour into buttered dish. Cut into squares.
