SWEET POTATO BISCUITS 
1 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour (self rising)
3 tbsp. shortening

Mix potatoes, sugar, shortening. Stir in flour. Work until smooth. Roll out and cut. Bake at 375 or 400 degrees until light brown.
