ROCK ROAD FUDGE 
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. dry roasted peanuts, unsalted
1 (10 1/2 oz. pkg. miniature marshmallows

In saucepan, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and 2 tablespoons butter. In large bowl, combine peanuts and marshmallows. Pour chocolate mixture into peanut mixture; mix well. Spread into wax paper-lined 13x9 inch pan. Chill 2 hours. Makes about 40 squares.

Note: I combine the peanuts with the chocolate mixture before pouring into the marshmallows.
